Shampoo Dilutions

One of the biggest time and money savers you can have in your shop is the correct dilution ratio on shampoos. It is important not to waste shampoo by adding too much and if you don't add enough it doesn't clean well. 

Its hard to get exactly right sometimes, but there are things we can do to make it easier.

There are charts that explain it well, like this chart from Groomer To Groomer:

 

There are also dilution bottles which have lines. Some are water first then shampoo, others are shampoo first then water.

 

 

 

 

NOW there is a lot of confusion and arguing about this so I did a little video....which for those of you who know e you are laughing your butts off that I am doing math.....

Remember, that with a bathing system this makes no difference and you can forget it all.
